IndianOil Educational Scholarship is awarded for 4 streams as per detail given below :
Engineering – 48 months @ 3000 Per month
MBBS – 48 months @ 3000 Per month
MBA – 24 months @ 3000 Per month
10+/ITI – 24 months @ 1000 Per month

The amount is payable on six monthly installment basis in August & February every year.
There is no need for separate renewal of scholarship as it is renewed automatically for the stream / course you have been awarded scholarship.
At the time of releasing any scholarship installment, a Feedback Form is sent to the Principal of School / Institution. The scholar to ensure that the feedback form filled in, signed & stamped by the Principal/Head of the School/Institution is sent to the Consultant (M/s SGM Technologies) ALONGWITH A COPY OF THE MARK SHEET OF LAST SEMESTER / ANNUAL EXAMINATION PASSED DULY ATTESTED BY THE PRINCIPAL / HEAD OF THE SCHOOL / INSTITUTION.

The 1st & 2nd installment (together through one Demand Draft) is released to all the scholars by a Demand Draft through the Principal of respective school/institution where the scholar is studying.

Balance scholarship installments to the scholars of 2014 Scheme are released on six monthly basis into the bank account through NEFT provided proper bank details/copy of bank documents is submitted by the scholars.

In case of scholars of 2013 Scheme and of schemes before 2013, installments are released on six monthly basis either through demand draft or to bank account of scholars through NEFT provided proper bank details/copy of bank documents is submitted by the scholars.

In these cases, the Scholar should inform to Consultant (M/s SGM Technologies) in writing about the change of school/institution and send a Bonafide Certificate, through Speed Post, on the letter head of new (changed) school/institution, duly signed by the Principal/Head of the Institution giving full detail of the student in Bonafide Certificate like, name, father’s name, address, class/section, roll no., when admission taken in present school/institution etc.

Please send a copy of any one of the following documents (duly attested by the Principal/Head of the School/Institution or by the Branch Manager of the respective branch of the bank (attestation for cancelled cheque is not required) to the Consultant of the Scheme, M/s SGM Technologies, through speed post) :

A cancelled cheque showing IFSC code, bank account number & name of account holder on the cheque OR

An attested copy of Bank Statement showing bank account no., IFSC code & name of the account holder on it OR

An attested copy of relevant page of bank pass book showing bank account no, IFSC code & name of the account holder on it.

Most of the communications to scholars is done at the given/registered e-mail & Mobile number. If any of the scholar has changed his/her e-mail id or Mobile No. (other than given earlier), he/she may inform the same in writing to the Consultant of the Scheme (M/s SGM Technologies).
Please login at the Scholarship Portal (http://ioclscholarship.sgm4u.in/) with the help of your scholar number and Date Of Birth,and request for the same with reason.

Please send the original Demand Draft along with your request letter with reason for not getting the DD encashed. The letter & DD be sent to the Consultant of the Scheme (M/s SGM Technologies) through Speed Post.

If you have submitted the bank documents to us for NEFT transfer of scholarship installment into your bank a/c, please mention in your request letter to release the payment through NEFT. If you have not submitted the bank documents, please do submit the same to us for releasing the scholarship installment through NEFT.
